These elements make up the Complete Care Plan.
- The Membership rate of $145 per month/per member for adults and $82 a child in the Complete Care Base Health Plan. Agreements are one year renewable and, if paid annually.
- Add Association Group Health and Stop Loss to the basic plan and the cost is $584 for adults and $430 a child
- Special Health and Sports plan with Stop Loss (50,000 Unlimited) and country club membership through Houston Club and Invited Clubs, a network of 350 1st class country clubs in the United States. This benefit is national and includes:
